Dubbed Champagne’s “Golden Cuvee”, Blanc de Blancs is the sparkling style’s most enigmatic and rare wine. Because of the great demand for the region’s prized Chardonnay, less than five percent of Champagne produced is made with 100% Chardonnay, which Armand’s Blanc de Blancs style is. A fine, elegant structure; delicate and pure, with a bright onset and long, exquisite finish.
The Cattier family has owned and cultivated vineyards in the Montagne de Reims terroir in the French Champagne region since 1763. The Ace of Spades has become the top toast for celebrities such as; Will Smith, Diana Ross, George Clooney and power couple, Jay-Z and Beyonce, even the New York Yankees, Dallas Mavericks and Boston Bruins chose it as the champagne of choice at their Championship celebrations.
