Fever Tree Gin and Tonic Degustation Dinner

Join us on Tuesday the 27th of November for a night of delicious food and incredible drinks at our Fever-Tree Gin and Tonic Degustation Dinner.

Brand Ambassadors Matt Hewitt and Travis McKenna will be hosting the evening and will take you on a flavour matching journey!

You will be able to gorge yourself silly on a delicious bespoke Feasting Table and carefully paired G&T’s. The menu and G&T’s are as follows (vegetarian options available):

    Cured kingfish with lychee, aloe vera, cucumber, jasmine
  • 78 Degrees Dry Gin
    Ham hock terrine with nuoc nam jelly, micro herb salad
  • Green Ant Gin
    Duck breast with cherries, beetroot, confit baby fennel
  • Haymans Sloe Gin
    Raspberry mousse cake with chocolate tuille
