Be Positive, Think Positive, Do Positive


We have all had a tough week or two so far,  and the team here at FDM wants you to keep in shape whilst we have some free time. It’s not like we don’t have time these days.

Most hospitality workers do their gym routine at work, carrying tables/chairs, moving kegs, stocking fridges etc. The worst thing we can do as an industry is to lose sight of the long game and get ourselves out of a routine. To keep ourselves motivated we have thought of a quirky way to keep yourselves active whilst keeping it industry related.

All you need is 15 minutes a day and stick to the same time of the day. For example, I will do the work out at 9 a.m. Monday to Friday.

Here is a workout that you can do:

3 sets  x 20 reps with 1 minute rest between sets

  1. Keg Lifts

  2. Cocktail Shake

  3. Bottle Curls

  4. Bin Carry

  5. Box Pick Ups

  6. Towel Pick Up (Touch your toes)

The workout keeps your mind off what is happening out there and should give you some energy to keep yourself motivated keep this motto in mind: Be Positive, Think Positive, Do Positive.
