Hybrid Theory

My entry for the #opihrworld cocktail comp “Hybrid Theory”
.
.
This is a riff on everyone’s favorite breakfast cocktail – the breakfast martini.
.
This recipe heroes Opihr Oriental Spice that is complimented beautifully by native blood lime marmalade, lemon Myrtle orange bitters, Cointreau and lemon. Finished with a Silver Dollar Eucalypt Leaf to bring the eucalyptus notes of the lemon Myrtle to life .

Just like the spice merchants of the past, it is my endeavour to use this medium to showcase the beauty in Australian native ingredients to the world and trade stories with those I meet along the way
