Buffalo Trace
30ml
Lemon Juice
15ml
Orgeat Syrup
15ml
Egg Whites

How to

Step 1

Add all ingredients to shaker and dry shake for 5-10 seconds to emulsify egg whites

Step 2

Add ice and shake well

Step 3

Double strain into ice filled glass

Step 4

Garnish with Rosemary sprig
