Add all Ingredients to a mixing glass and mix until diluted .

I created this cocktail for the starward cocktail competition, is inspired by an iconic time of the year for WA which is truffle season , I used to truffle hunt as a young boy so I wanted to bring the smells and tastes of the manjimup forest to my bar and incorporate these memories into my cocktail.
